The midnight wave, at 1.3Kg is a heavy rope which is an amazing tool to improve your technique and build your strength.
It teaches the body the most efficient way to move. There is nowhere to hide with a heavy rope, any poor form you will feel! It is also great if you want to increase the intensity of your ropeflow sessions, your grip strength and rotational power.
An added benefit is that going back to a normal flow rope after a while with it will feel light as a feather giving you an extra flourish in your flow.
Each handle is hand sewn with care to give the best experience. After lots of experimenting with different handles for heavy ropes this is the best and most fun I have seen and experienced.
