Ropeflow Classes

What: A novel, interesting movement practise that focuses on skill learning and flow state rather than reps or sets. Anyone is welcome in the beginners class.

Where: Bishop Hannington Youth and Community Centre, 38 Holmes Ave, Brighton, BN3 7LD

When: Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30pm (beginner) : 7:30-8:30pm (intermediate)

Ropes will be provided.
